The project ultimately was a full house renovation, remodel and addition to a center hall, four square colonial. The project scope included a new modern kitchen with open spaces that allows for easy visual access to the entire ground

floor. The second floor scope of work included an addition over the existing garage for a new master bedroom with the conversion of an unused guest room to allow for the creation of a new master bathroom as well. Additional enhancements included the renovation and remodel of the original master bedroom and bathroom for the client’s daughter and the creation of new guest room.
