The basement is complete with a custom shop made bar, tavern brick paver flooring, ten foot ceilings, masonry fireplace and full height windows for ample light. This project consisted of the renovation of an existing commercial space used to house an array of the most sought after alternative driving vehicles. The work included demolishing the entire main floor interior of the building and building out three new private offices, new interior wood floors, decorative ceilings and new storefront windows to maximize the view of the stores merchandise from the outside.
